SUMMARY: The Training Coordinator will support the needs of the Training & Operation departments. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs administrative duties for the Training Department and works on special projects as needed.
• Coordinates meetings & invitations.
• Schedules training classes and confirms attendance.

• Arranges travel plans and itineraries for domestic travel.
• Works with third party vendors to ensure compliance/performance
• Develops key performance indicators geared at measuring success of trainees during training
• Analyzes results and feedback from training and trainees to improve training
• Drafts, develops, creates, and revises materials for trainers to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies and procedures
• Completes research and gathers feedback on a consistent basis and presents results to the Training & Sales teams.  Makes recommendations based upon gathered information.
• Conducts training sessions as needed.
• Coordinates and conducts Quality Assurance Program
• Ability to work extended workdays to support business needs.
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma and 2-3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The approximate pay range for this position is $24.04 - $26.44 hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
